Trikoteks Human Resources Policy is part of continuous endeavor to promote the dual commitment
stretching back almost since 1990. The function of Human Resources is to drive transformation and
create the conditions for the groups development, through nurturing a company culture and helping
individuals and teams to grow.
In 2009, four major themes were identified making Tirikotek a Great Place to Grow not just now but into
the future:
1.Pursue and deepen our economic and social dialogue;
2.Improve efficiency and foster growth;
3.Strengthen proximity management;
4.Promote social innovation project and create the conditions for employee commitment.
The strength of Trikoteks HR policy lies in the coherence of these various initiatives over time, but their real significance is captured by the motivation our managers and the loyalty of our employees, whose commitment rate-according to the in-house 2009 People Survey, conducted for the first time amongst the entire workforce-is over 85%, making it superior to the average for large companies in the same sector (78%). This commitment is proof positive of our employees, buy-in and personnel investment in the company.
